In Today’s self centred world,hardly are there individuals,who either have time or inclination,to stop by and look after the lesser fortunate people.

Sai Ram special school,the home of love and friendship was founded in S.S.colony,madurai. in the year 2012 by Mrs.M.Bagyalakshmi,with the support of her family members.she was inspired by her daughter,SAIHARINI,a mentally retarded child.
The school was started with the aim to create awareness and educate public that mental retardation was quite different from mental illness.
The school had 3 children in the begining. As the awareness grew more and more among parents, the strength of the school increased from 3 to 40 children.

The school had started Conducting Vocational training since 2015.

The School had installed Weaving or Thari machine in 2018.

The school provides training to persons with all kinds of disabilities without any AGE LIMIT.

The school offers a homely atmosphere to differently abled persons,which enhances their learning skills.
